Resources9 acts as the hub in the Find & Trace network, which is a powerful hub & spoke model for connecting resources/candidates with the right jobs across networks. Our evaluation model allows all applicants to register on our portal, wherein they fill in basic profile details, academic qualifications and their work details per se. Following a successful registration, our evaluation process involves cross-checking self claims of academic qualifications and references, as well as evaluating the best candidates for certain jobs that are on offer in our portal.
Aptitude Testing is a key step in identifying the capability of the individual. It consists of our psychometric assessment tool, wherein candidates are qualified on attributes such as emotional intelligence and working aptitude.
Furthermore, aptitude modeling inbuilt in our methodology, looks at areas which the candidate will be more successful at, for example, a high tendency to work with numbers can be a positive factor when applying for a banking job. In addition to looking at the ability of the individual, this step allows select candidates to come for training directly to improve upon their weaknesses identified through the process.

We aim to fully bridge the gap between skills the candidate possesses, and skills that are required for the job. Our retraining process is rigorous, and comprises of varying durations, ranging from weekend workshops to longer 1-month programs. Learning on the training program is assessed on two parameters: Constant Learning Parameters (CLP) – These are basic required for a particular learning. They remain the same for a subject. Variable Learning Parameters (VLP) – There are various levels of VLP, i.e. VLP 1, VLP2, VLP3 etc. which varies as per difficulty level.
Training is conducted either in our own facility, or outsourced, depending on requirements. Training is conducted as per requirements of the individual and the organization in context.

Our Contracting model provides for taking up a particular task as a third party and RESOURCES9 takes care of the process on how to complete the task. The Staffing model is used where the organization takes care of the process of completing the task. Successful outsourcing assignments include those executed for multinational companies and banks, where we have successfully recruited and handled processes run by program analysts to managerial roles.
Timesheets Timesheets are used to record how much effort (numbers of hours and days) a particular individual has applied to complete a particular task, which is then used by the third party to bill the organization. Our Timesheet tools and software helps both the selected employees to fill up their timesheets easily, and also helps the organization monitor the hours logged in vis-a-vis the output desired. This is especially useful in part-time work, as well as in short-term assignments.
Efficiency Reporting An integrated solutions package to improve efficiency at work. This is done by evaluating work conditions and by conducting surveys on the training, supervisors, output etc. Mapping of work conditions, Supervisor Surveys, Output Mapping, 360 Feedback across entire managerial line, Resource Feedback and Evaluation are all part of the efficiency reporting services we provide to every client.
